Learning about the construction manager job description is critical if you plan to be successful in performing the duties and qualifying for the job post. Depending on the kind of manpower (outsourced or in-house), you will also be responsible for employment forecasting, determining the headcount and construction personnel requirements required for each phase of the building project.

These jobs require a knowledge and experience in logistics management and real time analysis- creating a construction schedule that is in accordance to completion date as well as budget and human resource requirements. Construction managers interact with clients, the architect, and all safety regulation resource groups to make sure that the construction project abides with the municipal and state safety and construction protocol.
